Group Exercise Instructor Level 1 contains essential information for students who are interested in developing their skills in creating an effective group exercise class.  In a group fitness class, you can reach a large number of participants while providing a safe and fun environment. This course provides an introduction to the profession along with learning how to develop in person and virtual classes, the basics of class set-up, how to choose music, aspects of leadership, client motivation, and nutrition guidelines.
