Upon successful completion of this Human Resource Management (PHR) course and the required professional HR experience, students will be prepared to sit for the HRCI certification exam to become a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) The PHR is open to HR professionals with a minimum of 2 years professional experience with a Bachelor's degree or 4 years experience with a high school diploma. The PHR is open to HR professionals with at least 2 years professional experience.
